A 27-year-old man was found dead on the Robert Moses Causeway after being struck by a person who was driving high last week. According to state police, 63-year-old Stephen Aylward, of West Islip, is being charged with DWAI for the crash that killed Yusuf Gul Thursday afternoon.

Gul’s body was lying on the shoulder near the exit for Montauk Highway, police said.
