Residents in Islip will have to find a new place to get their coffee.

Starbucks is closing multiple stores across the state, including its location on Main Street in Islip.

The signs have already been removed, and paper now covers the windows. Neighbors said they were surprised to see the store close.

"We don't go anywhere now. Maybe Dunkin, but it is really sad that it closed up. It was very popular too," said Caroline Labosco, of Islip.

Islip is not the only Long Island community affected by the closures.

The Starbucks on Crooked Hill Road in Commack and the store on Northern Boulevard in Greenvale have also closed their doors.
