Police say the driver of an SUV involved in a Hicksville crash over the weekend was drunk. The crash in Hicksville caused a sedan to crash into a tree on someone's front lawn. It happened at the corner of Woodbury Road and Cliff Drive on Sunday night. Mandeep Singh is charged with DWI. The other driver was not hurt.
